We have three ground floor privately owned two bedroom, two bath condos, furnished. 900 sq. ft total space. Fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, pots, pans and dishes with a washer in the laundry room. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Includes AC, Ceiling fans and TV. With a designated parking space. Includes round trip transfers from the airport. This is a residential area.
Amenities
Walking distance to local market. Within minutes, via taxi or bus, to large
grocery stores, shops, restaurants, banks, fine bakeries, and local
entertainment.
Location:
Gated community of homes and condos. Next to the future Puerto Cancun which will
have a harbor, golf course, hotels and entertainment. And only 500 meters to the
beach, right now there is no passage to the beach.

PAYMENT POLICY:
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs
after reservation
has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival to our local
representative, who will greet you at the property. All payments are via Paypal
and we will send you instructions. If this is a long term rental, after your
check in, we will sign the contract (extra fee) at the Notary.
Final payment, in Cancun, may be made in Cash Only

NOTE: Puerto Cancun
When
completed, the marina basin will be an important waterfront destination both for
residents and tourists. In addition to the private yacht club and residential
docks along the intricate system of canals, the proposed marina also will serve
as host to numerous charter and tour operations, seasonal sport fishermen,
transient cruisers and mega yachts.
The basic infrastructure (roads; water; electric; drainage) for that part of the
project corresponding to the hotel zone of Puerto Cancun was completed in June
of 2005.
Puerto Cancun in its entirety when complete will have living areas; a hotel
zone; marinas; golf course; commercial areas for shopping.
This project will have a strong social impact generating more than 10,000 jobs
directly and 25,000 indirectly.
The golf course will be of professional category of 75 hectares bordering on the
ocean.
The marina will have a capacity for more than 330 vessels.
