Puerto Morelos                               

Welcome to Costa Blanca, a nine unit beach front Condominium Complex, just a 20 minute stroll up the beautiful white sand beach from the quiet fishing village of Puerto Morelos. Built in 2004 and no details were overlooked to ensure quality construction with contemporary design. Each condo boasts 9 ft ceilings, granite kitchen counters with sit-up bar, and full marble bathrooms.

Offshore is the Palancar reef ensuring safe swimming in calm clear waters and is home to many species of colorful tropical fish. You can snorkel in the azure blue water directly in front of Costa Blanca. Arrangements can be made for fishing or diving charters to pick you up and return you to Costa Blanca where you can grill your “catch of the day” on your deck. Watch the cruise ships lit up in the distance after the sun goes down.

 Amenities: 

A/C plus Ceiling fans in all rooms, Washer & Dryer, Use of 2 person Kayak, bicycles private bathrooms, off-street parking, Satellite TV, Full Galley Kitchens well equipped with Bosch oven and cook-top, full size refrigerators, water cooler, microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Linens, towels, beach towels, deck chairs,  90 Ft. lap pool and On-Site Caretaker. And includes daily maid service.

Guests from Costa Blanca can go to El Ceiba Hotel and dine, pay to use their gym and spa.  The spa rates are according to what service they want.  They can use the swim up bar pool just by buying one drink. Our guests also receive discount on meals and spa services by mentioning they are staying at the Costa Blanca. The discount is between 15% and 20% depending on the service requested.

We have a massage service that is excellent and comes to Costa Blanca to give the treatment and costs less than either of the hotels in our area.
Also, we have unlimited incoming telephone and can purchase a card for outgoing calls.
The phones are in condo #1 first floor and condo #7 3rd floor.
We have kayaks, canoes, bikes but only full size bikes no children's.  There are pool floats and private BBQ grill. 
Optional fishing trips: the boat can pick you up in front of the condo and prepare your catch for cooking.  You will catch lots of fish.  The boat has excellent equipment.

Location:

Puerto Morelos has kept its charm and character as a working fishing village situated just off the main highway mid way between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Only 15 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, the village offers excellent dining, grocery store, deli, liquor store, pharmacy, new and used book store, small shops featuring local crafts and jewelry, ATM and money exchange

Round trip airport transfers are not included.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 7 days after reservation has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival. Instructions will be sent with your voucher.

Deposit is paid via paypal.

Final payment may be made in Cash or Traveler's Checks.

You may wish to rent a vehicle at the airport, or if you prefer round-trip transfers, please add $35.00 USDls. p/person and include a copy of your flight schedule with your payment.
