Two adjoining ocean front studios. The units are on the top floor with a totally unobstructed view of the ocean and the grounds of the resort.  Each unit contains a fully equipped kitchenette, marble shower, balcony, free wireless internet signal. One unit has a king bed, the other has two double beds. Total occupancy if used together is 6 persons. 

The units also have hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, in room safe (safe deposit key fee of $50.00 returned if key is returned). Satellite TV, clock radio is also in each room. Maid service is available 2 times during a weekly stay, separate arrangements can be made during longer stays for maid service, and additional maid service is $12.00 per cleaning can be arranged as well.

The kitchenettes have electric glass cook top stoves, toasters, coffee makers and full set of dishes. The room with the king bed has a dining table with 2 chairs for two guests. The room with the two double beds has a dining table with 4 chairs. Each room has additional seating both in the room and on the balcony as well. Each balcony also has a table and chairs to enjoy your meal overlooking the water.

The rooms face east and great for enjoying the sunrise every morning. Both of our rooms are completely redone as of January 2006.

We can also accommodate large families and groups. We have:
PENTHOUSE units (one room faces the ocean the other faces the          lagoon and rooftop terraces)
VILLAS (these are ocean front villas with 3 bedrooms full living rooms,  full kitchens, 3 baths and ocean front terraces, with nothing between  the guests but the sand of the beach.) and
LAGOON VIEW STUDIOS  

This way we can accommodate most variety of guests in a variety of rooms without much problems.

Amenities:

Two swimming pools, one shallow and one about 4 feet deep. One restaurant and the beach bar. There is a swim up bar and a bar in the lobby.

There are palapas on the beach in front of the complex, new trees have been planted new the pool area.

On the Hotel Strip, near the Royal Solaris Cancun.  Between the Hilton and the Westin Hotels.
