El Dorado Seaside Suites All Inclusive Adult ONLY Resort

This adult only, all Junior Suites hotel, is located on a beautiful stretch of beach approximately one hour from Cancun. This all-inclusive resort is the perfect size with only 135 rooms. All meals are offered a la carte and offer a wide selection of choices. This is a perfect resort for those who want to kick back and relax but also offers plenty of activities.

Location: Nestled among hundreds of palm trees, in a natural setting on the bay of Kantenah along the Cancun-Tulum Coast. Located just one hour south of Cancun yet far away from civilization.

Important Notes

The El Dorado Resort is an adults only resort. You must be at least 18 years old to stay at the hotel.
The beach in front of the hotel is a natural coral reef and is great for snorkeling. There is a modest section of beach that is suited for swimming and other water activities.

Oceanview Junior Suite
(Formerly Partial Oceanview Junior Suite)

This is an adults only property. No children are allowed
Located directly to the left and the right of the main lobby. All rooms are directly on the beach and have partial views of the Caribbean. These units are large and feature a separate small living area with one coffee table, built in sofa and Mexican decoration. Also includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, marble or Mexican floors, bath, shower, satellite television, private terrace with hammock.

Jacuzzi Junior Suite

This is an adults only property. No children are allowed
Located at the right end of the resort, with direct access to a beautiful beach. These rooms feature Mexican decoration and partial views of the Caribbean. Rooms include living room with table and chairs, separate from the bedroom (the two rooms are not separated by a door). All rooms also feature a patio or balcony with hammock and private jacuzzi, satellite television, bathroom with tub, air conditioning and ceiling fan. All suites are located in buildings of 3-6 units with 1 or 2 floors in each building.

Oceanfront Junior Suite

La Carreta - Mexican specialties. A la carte dining served 3 seatings nightly.
Restaurante Los Arrecifes - Breakfast & lunch a la carte, and international dinner.
La Fontana - Italian, a la carte dining with a spectacular view, 3 seatings available.

The El Dorado is enforcing a dress code for their specialty restaurants for dinner. No sandals, no T-shirts, no shorts and no tennis shoes are allowed. Clients can go with Polo or dress shirt

Some restaurants may only operate on select schedules. Some restaurants may require reservations and expect appropriate dress. Consult the hotel upon arrival for hours of operation, reservation policies and dress codes.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made inside of 21 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties.
