| Payment Policy |

Deposit: Blue Bay Club: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 24 hours after your reservation has been confirmed and the balance due 30 days before arrival. Payments are made via PayPal. You will be given instructions for this payments. For XMas dates, balance payments are due 45 days before occupancy. Upon final payment, we will send you a travel voucher to present to our local representative in Cancun, or the property management, showing that your reservations are paid in full. Downtown: Our Downtown properties require a non-refundable deposit of 50% 24 Hours (Via PayPal) after the reservation has been confirmed. The Balance plus the Security Deposit is due upon arrival. The Balance may be paid in cash USDls, Pesos or Traveler's Checks. Payments of monthly rentals should be received in this office no later than 10 days before the beginning of the following month. Payments may be made in Cancun in cash, USDls, Pesos or Traveler's Checks with a previous notification to this office. Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is canceled 61 days or more before occupancy, a penalty of 50% of the total rental amount will assessed. No refund once full payment is received and accounted for. If a change of dates is requested, after a payment has been made, we will try to accommodate your new dates with no penalty, except for timeshare villa rentals which cannot be rebooked. Notes: If staying at the Blue Bay Club & Marina or one of our downtown properties, please do not forget to send us a copy of your flight schedule so we may have our local travel agency, Lomas Travel, pick you up at the airport. If you will be staying at Cielito Lindo, La Villita, La Quinta or the Bahia Azul condos, our local representative will greet you at the property. Otherwise, you will be checking in with the property management reception desk. Transfers to other properties in this website for Cancun and the surrounding areas, are optional and highly recommended. Another option is to make prearrangements for a rental vehicle, to be picked up at the airport. Security Deposits: Some properties require a security deposit. Security deposits can range from as low of $200 to an amount equal to the weekly/monthly rental. Security deposits are returned 2 or 3 weeks after your departure, unless the money will be used to cover telephone (or other utility) charges, and we have to wait to receive the bill. ALL
