Built in 2003 with charming details focused on your comfort. Each unit has a living room, dining room, full kitchen and private bathroom.

Offshore is the Palancar reef ensuring safe swimming in calm clear waters and is home to many species of colorful tropical fish. You can snorkel in the azure blue water directly in front of La Querencia.

A/C plus Ceiling fans in all rooms, use of the guest laundry room, Kayaks and bicycles are available, parking inside the gate, Satellite TV, complete kitchen, full size refrigerators,  microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Linens, towels, beach towels, deck chairs,  swimming pool and On-Site Caretaker.  And includes daily maid service.

Also, we have wireless high speed internet access. No land phone but the owner has a cell phone for emergencies.

Puerto Morelos has kept its charm and character as a working fishing village situated just off the main highway midway between Cancun and Playa del Carmen. Only 15 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, the village offers a variety of excellent dining, grocery store, deli, liquor store, pharmacy, new and used book store, small shops featuring local crafts and jewelry, ATM and money exchange.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 24Hrs after reservation has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival along with a $200US security deposit.                                                                                                                                                          Instructions will be sent with your voucher.

Payment for the deposit should be made via paypal once your reservation has been confirm.
Final payment may be made in Cash or Traveler's Checks.
