Offshore is the Palancar reef ensuring safe swimming in calm clear waters and is home to many species of colorful tropical fish. You can snorkel in the azure blue water directly in front of La Querencia.

A/C plus Ceiling fans in all rooms, use of the guest laundry room, Kayaks and bicycles are available, parking inside the gate, Satellite TV, complete kitchen, refrigerator,  microwave, coffee maker, blender, etc. Linens, towels, beach towels, deck chairs,  swimming pool and On-Site Caretaker.  And includes daily maid service.

No land phone but the owner has a cell phone for emergencies.
