Living room in Mexican colonial, and dining room in lovely wrought iron, fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, pots, pans and dishes, and a large balcony . The master bedroom has a king size bed with private bath. Guest room has two twin beds and bathroom. Both bedrooms have beautiful wrought iron head boards.  Includes three window air- conditioned units, ceiling fans, TV , designated parking space. Round trip transfers from the airport.

Maid service may be provided at and additional fee, upon request with our Cancun Rep.

If you wish, we can include a vehicle for your weekly/ monthly condo rentals. Car Rental will continue to service our guests and those staying at other resorts.

PAYMENT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs after reservation
has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival to our local representative, who will greet you at the property. All deposits are via Paypal and we will send you instructions. If this is a long term rental, after your check in, we will sign the contract (extra fee) at the Notary.

        
Final payment, in Cancun, may be made in Cash or Traveler's Checks.
