Round trip transfers from the airport.

Half a block from the Howard Johnson Hotel, and another block to Cancun's main Downtown avenue where you will find the BusStation, every 15min you can catch a bus to Playa del Carmen.     5 minutes from the nearest beach. Across the street from the main entrance to  Puerto Cancun.

Security Deposit:  ONE month due with balance.

Weekly Maid service.

If you wish, we can include a vehicle for your weekly/ monthly condo rentals. Car Rental will continue to service our guests and those staying at other resorts.

PAYMENT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs after reservation
has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival to our local representative, who will greet you at the property. All deposits are via Paypal and we will send you instructions. If this is a long term rental, after your check in, we will sign the contract (extra fee) at the Notary.

        
Final payment, in Cancun, may be made in Cash or Traveler's Checks.
