Condo in downtown residential area. A friendly two bedroom one bath condo with complete kitchen. Wicker/Rattan furniture. Living room door leads to common garden with Swimming Pool, tanning and picnic area. Master Bedroom has Queen size bed and guest room has a full size bed. Air-conditioned units in both bedrooms and living room, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Color TV with U.S. channels.

Security Deposit:  ONE month due with balance.

Plus your Electricity on all rentals.

All rates Includes maintenance fee and water bill.
 

Extra maid service may be provided at an additional fee, upon request with our Cancun Rep. No maid service on long term rentals but you may request it at an extra fee.

If you wish, we can include a vehicle for your weekly/ monthly condo rentals. Car Rental will continue to service our guests and those staying at other resorts.

PAYMENT POLICY:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due 48 Hrs after reservation has been confirmed and the balance payable upon arrival to our local representative, who will greet you at the property. All deposits are via Paypal and we will send you instructions. If this is a long term rental, after your check in, we will sign the contract (extra fee) at the Notary.

        
Final payment, in Cancun, may be made in Cash or Traveler's Checks.
