Payments

Once you select your dates, a confirmation is sent to you. A 50% of the rent is due in 48Hrs and the balance is due 30days before your arrival. 

A Security Deposit of $200.00 US is due upon arrival. This Security Deposit will be returned to you less the consumption of electricity.  

Once the balance is received, we will send you a letter introducing you to our Cancun Representative.

Cancelation Policy:   Payments are Non-Refundable. If a change of dates is requested we will do our best to accommodate your new dates without a penalty.

In a quiet residential neighborhood this spacious studio

on the second level is just right if you are vacationing,

visiting family or friends or if you come to work in Cancun.

Much better than a hotel room. Entrance patio with table

and chairs. As you walk inside you have the dining room

with 2 chairs and an equipped kitchen with 4 electric burner

stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, blender,

coffee pot, pots and pans with utensils.  

Living area, and spacious sitting area, King size bed.

Good size closet the sink and ceiling. Bathroom with shower.

Also with iron and ironing board.

Includes TV with cable and internet, water and maintenance.

 Your only other expense is your electricity.
